PLEASE NOTE that we have two different rent application links. If you're applying for a rental in Portland and can provide your own credit report and criminal history report, please use the Free Application link. Most companies charge a fee for credit and criminal reports. If you do not already have recent copies of these reports, they may be included in your application for a fee.

*ALSO you only need to apply once. If you aren't accepted for your first choice, you do not need to apply again if you're interested in another one of our rentals.*
